The invention discloses a skirt pocket voltage-controlled type stop grouting plug for sleeve-valve pipe grouting. The skirt pocket voltage-controlled type stop grouting plug comprises a stop grouting plug front end, a stop grouting plug middle section and a stop grouting plug rear end which are connected sequentially, and the stop grouting plug front end, the stop grouting plug middle section and the stop grouting plug rear end are integrally formed. A lantern ring is arranged on the outer portion of the stop grouting plug rear end in a sleeving mode. The skirt pocket voltage-controlled type stop grouting plug is made from waterproof rubber with tensile strength in a sewn mode. The stop grouting plug front end is in a shape of a hollow cylinder. The stop grouting plug middle section is in a shape similar to a skirt, wherein the upper portion of the stop grouting plug middle section is small, and the stop grouting plug middle section is bigger and bigger gradually downwards and spreads out. The stop grouting plug rear end is in a shape similar to a bowl, and the bottom of the stop grouting plug rear end is hollow. The skirt pocket voltage-controlled type stop grouting plug for the sleeve-valve pipe grouting is capable of avoiding the phenomena of grouting running out, grouting leaking, pipe blocking, pipe impacting and the like.
