The invention relates to a construction method for a rotating-milling type deep mixing envelop enclosure structure. The construction method comprises the steps that (1) a concrete cushion is constructed; (2) the position of a construction operation is marked; (3) centralized positioning is conducted on a milling type mixer; (4) milling and mixing are conducted, downward drilling is conducted for grooving, and upward lifting is conducted to form a wall; (5) a milling wheel is pulled out, the milling type mixer is moved to a next position, and then protective material in the position of a lock catch at a connector of a stiff component is pulled out; (6) the stiff component is lifted and placed by a crane, and hollow box-shaped profile steel can be formed after the stiff component is assembled in a groove; (7) the stiff component is fixed; (8) the protective material is placed down at a connector of the stiff component for protection, and so far construction of the single stiff component is completed; and (9) the step (3) to the step (8) are repeated, and finally the construction process of the envelop enclosure structure is completed. According to the process, the construction quality in the construction process of the milling type deep mixing envelop enclosure structure can be greatly improved, and the stable underground envelop enclosure structure is formed.
