Deep foundation pit envelop enclosure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a deep foundation pit envelop enclosure and a construction method thereof. The deep foundation pit envelop enclosure is formed by arranging N main piles and N auxiliary piles alternately. The main piles and the auxiliary piles are all cast-in-situ bored piles. A rotary drilling rig or a slewing drilling machine can be adopted, and mud protection wall drilling pore forming isachieved. The auxiliary piles are constructed first, and then the main piles are constructed. Chimeric cavities are reserved in the two sides of the axillary piles correspondingly, and the spaces ofthe chimeric cavities shall be greater than the spaces required for main pile pore forming construction. After main pile pore forming construction, reinforcement cages are lowered, concrete is poured,and the edges of the main piles are tightly embedded into the chimeric cavities of the auxiliary piles correspondingly. Since the chimeric cavities are reserved for the auxiliary piles, the main piles do not need to bite the auxiliary pile concrete during post construction, embedding of the main piles and the auxiliary piles is guaranteed in the mode that the chimeric cavities of the auxiliary piles are reserved, and therefore, the quality problem of failure of bite or insufficiency of bite which frequently emerges during hard secant method construction of secant pile walls is overcome. Sincethe main piles do not need to cut and bite the auxiliary piles, rebars are arranged in the auxiliary piles and are not cut or bit by the main piles during construction, and the auxiliary piles can bealso equipped with the rebars.
本发明提供一种深基坑围护结构及其建造方法,其中深基坑围护结构由N个主桩和N个副桩相间排列组成,所述主桩与副桩,均为钻孔灌注桩;可采用旋挖钻机或回转钻机,泥浆护壁钻进成孔。先施工副桩,后施工主桩;副桩的两侧,预留有嵌合腔,且嵌合腔的空间,要大于主桩成孔施工时需要的空间;主桩成孔施工后,下入钢筋笼,灌注混凝土,其边缘紧密嵌入副桩的嵌合腔内。由于副桩预留了嵌合腔,主桩后施工时不需要切咬副桩混凝土;通过副桩预留嵌合腔的方式,确保了主桩与副桩的嵌合,因而克服了咬合桩之“硬咬合法”施工经常出现的未能咬合住或咬合程度不够的质量问题。由于主桩不需要切咬副桩,在副桩中配钢筋不会被主桩施工时切咬到,副桩也可以配钢筋。
