The concrete prefabricated foundation pile comprises a main body, a top cover and an end head. The main body of the foundation pile is arranged to be of a hollow structure, so that in the construction process, if the main body of the foundation pile is fractured, due to the fact that the main body is of the hollow structure, a construction space can be provided for repairing of the foundation pile, in-situ repairing of the fractured foundation pile can be achieved, waste of the fractured foundation pile is avoided, and the engineering cost is further reduced; however, due to the fact that after the main body of the foundation pile is arranged to be of the hollow structure, the overall strength of the foundation pile is reduced, and then the risk that the foundation pile is broken is increased, in the scheme, high-pressure slurry is injected into the hollow main body, then it is guaranteed that the interior of the pile body has large pressure, and then the strength of the pile body is improved; and the risk of breakage in the construction process of the pile body is reduced.
