The invention discloses a high-intensity lightweight concrete prefabricated slab. The high-intensity lightweight concrete prefabricated slab comprises concrete layers, heat insulation layers, a strengthening layer and surface layers, wherein the surface layers are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the prefabricated slab; the heat insulation layer, the concrete layer, the strengthening layer, the concrete layer and the heat insulation layer are sequentially arranged between the upper and lower surface layers in sequence; the strengthening layer comprises a grid framework made of a carbon fiber guide rod, and a metal screen mesh which covers the grid framework; and each heat insulation layer is formed by covering a polyurethane foam layer with a mortar layer. According to the high-intensity lightweight concrete prefabricated slab, the sizes can be formulated according to design requirements and the shapes of the slabs can be adapted to different requirements. The factory production and prefabrication can be realized; the high-intensity lightweight concrete prefabricated slab can be transported to a strengthening field to be directly assembled, and is convenient and rapid, and the construction period is shortened. The performance that the deformation of new and old concrete layer interfaces is not coordinated is improved. The prefabricated slab has a good energy absorption effect, an anti-seismic property of a structure component can be improved and the intensity of the prefabricated slab is enhanced.
