Waterproof lightweight concrete prefabricated slab
The invention discloses a waterproof lightweight concrete prefabricated slab. The waterproof lightweight concrete prefabricated slab comprises a concrete layer, fireproof packing layers, heat insulation layers, a keel frame and surface layers, wherein the surface layers are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the prefabricated slab; the fireproof packing layer, the heat insulation layer, the concrete layer, the heat insulation layer and the fireproof packing layer are arranged between the upper and lower surface layers respectively; a strengthened layer of the keel frame comprises a grid framework made of a carbon fiber guide rod and a metal screen mesh which covers the grid framework; the keel frame covers the concrete layer; and each heat insulation layer is formed by covering a polyurethane foam layer with a mortar layer. According to the waterproof lightweight concrete prefabricated slab disclosed by the invention, the fireproof packing layers and a fireproof keel layer in the concrete prefabricated slab are added into the concrete prefabricated slab, the fireproof performance of the prefabricated slab can be effectively improved, and a panel is provided with a non-combustible inorganic heat insulation material, so that flame and high-temperature gas can be prevented from entering the prefabricated slab from the surfaces when fire disasters occur, and the possibility that the prefabricated slab is expanded and deformed when being heated is reduced; and by arranging the plurality of layers of composite materials, the heat insulation performance, the fireproof performance and the weight of the prefabricated slab are combined, so that the foundation construction cost of buildings is reduced.
