A building aluminum alloy formwork with an efficient film layer comprises a building aluminum alloy formwork substrate and a film layer formed on the building aluminum alloy formwork substrate; and the film layer contains polyether-ether-ketone, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer and/or polytetrafluoroethylene. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the building aluminum alloy formwork with the efficient film layer. The building aluminum alloy formwork with the efficient film layer is environment-friendly and fireproof, safety is high, construction cost of a building can be saved, and construction period can be shortened. The efficient film layer is formed on the surface of the building aluminum alloy formwork, has excellent corrosion resistance, and can resist corrosion of cement, after being used, the building aluminum alloy formwork is washed with water, due to the film layer, the cement is easily separated from the building aluminum alloy formwork, the circumstance that the cement attached to the building aluminum alloy formwork requires to be removed by a large amount of labor and releasing agents, recycling of the building aluminum alloy formwork is facilitated, and cost is saved effectively.
