The holding pole body comprises at least two aluminum alloy pipes and a plurality of first flanges, every two adjacent aluminum alloy pipes are connected through two corresponding first flanges, one end of the holding pole body is fixedly connected with the holding pole head, and the other end of the holding pole body is connected with one first flange. The holding pole head comprises a shaft sleeve, an upper pressure bearing, a lower pressure bearing, a hoisting pulley, a hoisting pulley support and a stress control ring. The holding pole bottom comprises a holding pole lifting ring, a cross universal joint, a connecting base, a second flange, two fixing plates, two first bolts and two steel wire rope direction pulleys. The aluminum-alloy pipe holding pole is used for erecting the iron tower in the split mode.
