At least one concave structure is arranged on the surface of the dial. The concave structures corresponding to the scales in position are arranged on the surface of the dial, the finger can conveniently stretch to dial the dial to rotate for achieving unlocking, and the dial rotates smoothly and can be rotated with small force. During unlocking, operation can be completed with the single hand, and use is convenient.
