Method for producing active mixed material from manganese ore flotation tailings
The invention discloses a method for producing an active mixed material from manganese ore flotation tailings. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out roasting activation modification on the manganese ore flotation tailings, drying, crushing, allowing the crushed tailings to enter a bunker, metering, conveying to a fluidized bed furnace or a rotary kiln or a vertical kiln, roasting at a temperature of 700-1350DEG C under a heat rate of 1600-2100KJ/Kg, and adding 0-5 mass% of an activator HA to generate the active mixed material, wherein 0-25 mass% of lead and zinc ore flotation residues is added as a calcium elevator. The active mixed material can be used for production processing of cement. The method massively uses the manganese ore flotation tailings, changes wastes into values, makes the manganese ore flotation tailings be maximally blended in cement, and has high economic benefit and environmental protection values.
