Method for preparing refractory material from ardealite flotation black carbon-silicon tailings
The invention provides a method for preparing a refractory material from ardealite flotation black carbon-silicon tailings. The method comprises the following steps: washing pretreatment of tailings, preparation of silicon carbide, impurity removal of silicon carbide, and firing-free preparation of the refractory material by using a high-purity silicon carbide raw material and acidolysis residues of a main byproduct aluminum ash in the aluminum industry as raw materials. The refractory material can be prepared by using high-purity silicon carbide, acidolysis residues of aluminum ash and the like as raw materials under the non-burning condition under the condition of a binding agent, and a series of processes of washing pretreatment of black carbon silicon tailings, preparation of silicon carbide raw materials, shaping, acid-base impurity removal of the silicon carbide raw materials and the like are involved in the process. The prepared refractory material has good mechanical strength at medium and low temperatures and high temperatures, the preparation process has the characteristic of low energy consumption, the refractory material is prepared from the coal gasification slag, the aluminum ash acidolysis desiliconization slag and the ardealite flotation black carbon silicon tailings, and synergistic utilization of various solid waste resources is achieved.
本发明提供了一种磷石膏浮选黑色碳硅尾渣制备耐火材料的方法,所述方法包括尾渣的水洗预处理、碳化硅的制备、碳化硅的除杂、高纯碳化硅原料与铝工业主要副产品铝灰的酸解渣作为原料免烧制备耐火材料。本发明可以在免烧的条件下利用高纯碳化硅与铝灰的酸解渣等作为原料在结合剂的条件下制备耐火材料,中间涉及黑色碳硅尾渣的水洗预处理、制备碳化硅原料以及碳化硅原料的整形酸碱除杂等一系列过程。制得的耐火材料在中低温和高温具有良好的力学强度,制备过程具有能耗低的特点,采用煤气化渣、铝灰酸解脱硅渣和磷石膏浮选黑色碳硅尾渣制备耐火材料,实现了多种固废资源的协同利用。
