Sheet-like building composite material shaping method
The invention discloses a sheet-like building composite material shaping method includes the following steps: (A) weighing raw materials comprising a sheet-like reinforcing aggregate and a binding agent, wherein the sheet-like reinforcing aggregate is a mixture composed of one or more than two from shell which are stored for long time, crushed ceramic bricks, crushed bamboo and laminar schist, and the binding agent is a powdery building cement material; (B) mixing the raw materials to obtain a dry mixture material; (C) feeding the dry mixture material to a started horizontal vibrate-compactor and vibrating the dry mixture material at the same time, and performing intermittent elastomer point-pressing and wetting treatments; and (D) finally performing maintenance shaping at normal temperature or performing sintering shaping at a high temperature to obtain the bulk composite building material. Compared with a method in the prior art, the conventional shaping method of a sheet-like composite material is changed, so that waste high-strength sheet-like material is subjected to composite shaping to produce the building composite material. The method achieves effective utilization of large quantity of wastes, greatly reduces the cost of building composite materials, allows mechanized large-scale production and is low in labor intensity.
