PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material sheet capable of equalizing temperature in an indoor space by protecting a surface of a graphite sheet which faces the indoor space, with a synthetic resin.SOLUTION: A building material sheet 1 includes: a graphite sheet 2; a hiding layer 3 disposed on a surface of the graphite sheet 2 which faces an indoor space; and a synthetic resin layer 4 that is applied onto the hiding layer 3 and has a large number of air bubbles 4a penetrating in a thickness direction which are formed by foam formation. The hiding layer 3 is formed by application of cellulose mixed with a coloring agent, or is an aluminum foil.
【課題】黒鉛シートの室内空間側の面を合成樹脂によって保護し室内空間の温度を均一化することができる建材シートを提供する。【解決手段】この建材シート１は、黒鉛シート２と、黒鉛シート２の室内空間側の面に設けられた隠蔽層３と、隠蔽層３に塗布され厚さ方向に貫通する多数の気泡４ａを発泡化によって形成した合成樹脂層４と、を備えており、隠蔽層３は、着色料が混入されたセルロースが塗布されることによって形成されているか、又は、アルミニウム箔である。【選択図】図１
