The invention relates to a chemically-foaming foam concrete self-heat-preservation building block and a production process thereof. The building block, on the basis of 1 m<3> of a slurry material, comprises 250-350 kg of ordinary Portland cement and other raw materials, on the basis of the mass of the ordinary Portland cement, 5-10% of iron aluminate cement, 10-20% of fly ash, river sand or float stones, 0.1-0.5% of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 2-4% of hydrogen peroxide, 0.2-0.4% of rubber powder, 0.1-0.3% of a water reducer, 20-30% of water, 0.4-0.8% of calcium stearate, lead stearate or barium stearate and 0.01-0.05% of lithium carbonate. The building block is simple in construction and good in heat preservation, reaches A grade in fireproofing, has same service life of buildings, is low in cost and greatly reduces delivery time.
