The invention provides a recycled concrete self-heat-preservation building block and a manufacturing method thereof. The recycled concrete self-heat-preservation building block comprises a hollow recycled concrete block and heat-preservation mortar, wherein the hollow recycled concrete block is provided with a plurality of holes, and the heat-preservation mortar is poured into the holes of the hollow recycled concrete block and is solidified; the raw materials of the hollow recycled concrete block comprise cement, water, recycled coarse aggregate, recycled fine aggregate, a water reducer and pulverized fuel ash in the ratio of 1 to (0.4-0.6) to (2-3.5) to (1-2.5) to (0.005-0.03) to (0.05-0.3); the raw materials of the mortar comprise cement, water, recycled fine aggregate and pearlite in the ratio of 1 to (0.48-0.75) to (1.5-3.2) to (0.05-0.45). Because the crushed waste concrete is used as the recycled concrete aggregate and replaces natural sand, and the additive (a water reducer) and the admixture (pulverized fuel ash) are added, so that the workability of the recycled concrete mixture and the mechanical properties of the hollow block can be improved effectively, and the recycled concrete self-heat-preservation building block has high strength and stability. Because the holes of the hollow block are filled with the heat-preservation mortar, the recycled concrete self-heat-preservation building block has self heat preservation.
