Plastic concrete for preventing seepage and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a plastic concrete for preventing seepage and a preparation method thereof. The plastic concrete comprises following components, by weight, 130-160 parts of cement, 40-46 parts of bentonite, 36-40 parts of fly ash, 10-14 parts of gypsum, 100-120 parts of clay, 630-660 parts of a fine aggregate, 800-830 parts of a coarse aggregate, 10-16 parts of a redispersible latex powder, 0.9-1.2 parts of sodium carbonate, 0.8-1.0 parts of calcium acrylate, 0.6-0.8 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.5-1.0 parts of sodium silicate and 280-310 parts of water. The cement is a mixture composed of ordinary Portland cement and Portland slag cement according to mass ratio of 5:1-1:5. By means of the combination of the ordinary Portland cement and Portland slag cement, the plastic concrete is greatly improved in early strength and anti-seepage performance and is beneficial to improvement of construction performance of a plastic concrete anti-seepage wall.
