Technology for preparing zirconium-aluminium composite powder from AZS solid waste material
The invention relates to a technology for preparing zirconium-aluminium composite powder from AZS (Al2O3-ZrO2-SiO2) solid waste material, and belongs to the technical field of cyclic utilization of refractory material solid waste materials. The technology comprises firstly performing alkali fusion and sintering on AZS solid waste material to obtain a sintered material, performing acid immersion on the sintered material and removing silicon, so as to obtain a zirconium-aluminium mixed salt solution, performing oxidation and extraction iron-removal on the zirconium-aluminium mixed salt solution to obtain a zirconium-aluminium mixed salt purified solution, then adding the zirconium-aluminium mixed salt purified solution into an alkali solution for neutralization and precipitation, performing filtering, washing and drying to obtain a zirconium-aluminium composite powder precursor, and finally calcining the zirconium-aluminium composite powder precursor, so as to obtain the zirconium-aluminium composite powder. The technology solves the problem that a downstream product produced from AZS solid waste material is low in added value, and the prepared zirconium-aluminium composite powder is wide in applicable scope, and is applicable to prepare multiple ceramic and refractory materials such as ZTA ceramic, zirconia corundum abrasive, zirconia corundum brick and the like.
