A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses tap-hole clay for a large blast furnace. The tap-hole clay is characterized in that the iron-making tap-hole clay consists of the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of 3-0 mm brown fused alumina, 5-8 parts of 1-0 mm bonite, 10-15 parts of 1-0 mm sillimanite, 8-15 parts of 0.5-0 mm magnesium iron oxide, 8-13 parts of meta-clay powder, 3-7 parts of cobalt aluminum oxide powder, 5-10 parts of cutting powder, 7-25 parts of crystalline flake graphite powder, 5-10 parts of composite carbon powder, 0-1 part of strontium carbonate powder and 1-2 parts of moderate temperature asphalt powder. The stemming can maintain a tap hole aperture stable and changeless and is stable to tap. Besides, during long-term storage of the stemming, using and operating performances are not decreased.
