The invention discloses a construction method for restoration of secondary hole excavation in a constructed roof for pipeline penetration. The constructed roof comprises a waterproof roll layer, an insulation board layer and a concrete layer which are arranged on a structural roof board from bottom to top. The construction method includes: excavating a penetrating pipeline hole in the constructed roof and inserting a pipeline into the pipeline hole; chiseling the constructed roof circumferentially by centering on the pipeline and chiseling till the waterproof roll layer is reached so as to form a chiseling area; brushing waterproof paint on the surface, exposed over the chiseling area, of the pipeline and the surface of the waterproof roll layer in the chiseling area; pouring concrete in the chiseling area and vibrating to allow the concrete to be compact. The construction method has the advantage that reaction sticky waterproof rolls are paved on the pipeline in the secondary hole and the waterproof roll layer in the chiseling area, and the concrete is poured in the chiseling area and vibrated to be compact, so that good waterproof effect can be achieved.
