The invention relates to a novel high-rise building staircase, which comprises at least one group of staircase units, wherein each group of staircase units comprises an upper staircase and a lower staircase. The novel high-rise building staircase is characterized in that a platform is arranged in a middle position between each upper staircase and the corresponding lower staircase; and a cave hole is formed in the position of each platform and can be communicated with the two corresponding staircases, so that the two staircases can be communicated in the middle position. The novel high-rise building staircase has the advantages and effects that a mutual conversion passage is arranged in the middle position between each upper staircase and the corresponding lower staircase, so that people can conveniently walk. The rest platform is arranged in the middle position between each upper staircase and the corresponding lower staircase, so that people who go upstairs and downstairs can conveniently have a reset.
