Integral wallboard and board seam processing method
The invention discloses an integral wallboard and a board seam processing method. A board seam formed between two base boards is sequentially provided with a filling layer and a sealing layer from inside to outside; and an interface layer, an anti-crack adhesive cement layer, an external wall elastic putty layer, an alkali-resistant primer layer and an external wall elastic paint layer are sequentially arranged at each of two sides of the board seam. The board seam processing method comprises the following steps of: firstly installing the base boards; sequentially filling the board seam of the two adjacent base boards with a foaming material and anti-crack adhesive cement from inside to outside for sealing; coating and brushing interface agents onto the two sides of the board seam; plastering one layer of bottom layer anti-crack adhesive cement; laying and pasting alkali-resistant glass fiber gridding cloth; plastering the second layer of anti-crack adhesive cement; coating elastic putty; brushing and coating alkali-resistant primer; and brushing and coating elastic paint. The board seam processed by the method has the advantages of excellent elasticity and high toughness, can effectively resist the wallboard deformation stress and cannot easily crack, so that the wallboard becomes a whole; the attractiveness of the appearance is enhanced; the integral wallboard is particularly applicable to areas with great temperature differences; and various materials in a coating are all aqueous environment-friendly materials, and cannot cause pollution on environment.
