The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a prefabricated wallboard abutted seam waterproof structure and a treatment method, and the prefabricated wallboard abutted seam waterproof structure comprises a prefabricated wallboard, a waterproof composite material, a seam filling material and a backing material. The waterproof composite material is composed of seam splicing materials, two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials and polymer emulsion coated two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials, the two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials are arranged between the seam splicing materials, and the surfaces of the seam splicing materials are coated with the polymer emulsion coated two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials. An abutted seam is formed between the prefabricated wallboards, and the seam filling material is arranged in the abutted seam. The surface of the prefabricated wallboard is coated with the waterproof composite material, and the space between the waterproof composite material and the joint filling material is filled with the backing material. Performance detection shows that the structure has high tensile strength, high shear resistance and high flexibility and can meet the requirements of interlayer displacement of a wall body and temperature deformation and dry shrinkage deformation of a wallboard, and therefore the integrity and use safety of a fabricated building are effectively improved.
