The scaffold steel pipe transporting device has the advantages that to-be-transported steel pipes can be loaded onto the steel pipe carriers automatically; owing to the storage grooves uniformly and peripherally distributed along the steel pipe carriers, the steel pipes can be stored in batches, so that steel pipe transporting efficiency is greatly improved.
