The invention discloses a conveyor trolley with a micro-lifting and micro-lowering device. The conveyor trolley with the micro-lifting and micro-lowering device comprises a trolley main body, a underframe, a walking device and a jacking device, wherein the walking device comprises a walking motor, a transmission mechanism and rollers; and the transmission mechanism comprises transmission components arranged at four corners of the underframe. The jacking device comprises a jacking motor, push rods, first connecting rods and second connecting rods; the jacking motor is pivoted with the trolley main body; a telescopic output end of the jacking motor is connected with the underframe; the two ends of the push rods are respectively connected with secondary transmission units of the front and back groups of the transmission components on the same side of the underframe; the first connecting rods are connected between primary transmission units and the secondary transmission units; and the second connecting rods are connected between the secondary transmission units and third-stage transmission units. According to the invention, as the jacking device and the walking device are combined together, the layout of the conveyor trolley is skillful, the complexity of the mechanism is reduced, the fault rate of the conveyor trolley is reduced, the universality of the conveyor trolley is wide, and the conveyor trolley can be applied to conveyors, which need to be micro-lifted and micro-lowered, on various parking equipment.
