The ventilation and exhaust fan system for the underground cavern during the construction period comprises exhaust fans and supply fans, wherein the supply fans comprise the main plant supply fan, the main transformer chamber supply fan, the tail water tunnel supply fan and the tail water surge chamber supply fan which are respectively arranged in a main plant, a main transformer chamber, a tail water tunnel and a tail water surge chamber; and the exhaust fans comprise the main plant exhaust fan, the main transformer chamber exhaust fan, the tail water tunnel exhaust fan, the tail water surge chamber exhaust fan and the exhaust tunnel exhaust fan which are respectively arranged in the main plant, the main transformer chamber, the tail water tunnel, the tail water surge chamber and an exhaust tunnel. By the adoption of the ventilation and exhaust fan system disclosed by the invention, the operating environment of an on-site working face of the underground cavern during the construction period is improved; meanwhile, energy consumption is well controlled, especially the energy consumption of the fan system is well controlled and the utilization ratios of the fans are increased.
