The invention discloses a processing method used for increasing Nixing pottery plaster mold strength. The processing method comprises following steps: 1) water and a plaster powder are mixed so as to obtain a plaster slurry, wherein the plaster powder is a mixture of alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum and beta-semi-hydrated gypsum; 2) tartaric acid, polycarboxylate water-reducer, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, flyash, and Nixing pottery mud material are added into the plaster slurry for uniform stirring so as to obtain a mixed slurry, wherein the amount of tartaric acid accounts for 0.015 to 0.025wt% of the amount of the plaster slurry, the amount of polycarboxylate water-reducer accounts for 0.5 to 0.7wt% of the amount of the plaster slurry, the amount of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether accounts for 0.1 to 0.15wt% of the amount of the plaster slurry, the amount of flyash accounts for 0.2 to 0.3wt% of the amount of the plaster slurry, and the amount of Nixing pottery mud material accounts for 0.1 to 0.3wt% of the amount of the plaster slurry; and 3) the mixed slurry is made into mold blank with mold blanks with different shapes, and the mold blanks are dried so as to obtain molds. Water-gypsum ratio of the obtained molds is much lower than a normal value; strength is increased obviously; and water resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance are improved obviously. It is found via application that using number of the molds is as high as 480, and production cost is reduced greatly.
