Method for combining cobalt blue material with Nixing ceramics
The invention discloses a method for combining a cobalt blue material with Nixing ceramics. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a green body: preparing the green body from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of clay from eastern regions of Qinjiang river, 30-40 parts of clay from western regions of Qinjiang river, 7-9 parts of kaolin, 2-4 parts of bentonite, 1-3 parts of feldspar, 4-6 parts of quartz and 1-3 parts of dolomite; (2) molding the green body; (3) trimming the green body; (4) drying the green body; (5) decorating the green body: drawing patterns and writing characters on the green body with the cobalt blue material; and (6) firing. A formula of the cobalt blue material is adjusted in order that the developing temperature range of the cobalt blue material is consistent with the firing temperature range of the Nixing ceramic green body, and firing is performed by further referring to a stepwise continuous heating/cooling method, so that the Nixing ceramics are decorated with the cobalt blue material, and the practical values of the Nixing ceramics are increased. Moreover, the formula is reasonable, the production cost is low, and the firing yield is high.
