Outdoor polyurethane terrace
The invention belongs to the field of terraces and particularly relates to an outdoor polyurethane terrace. An outdoor polyurethane layer is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of 4,4-diisocyanate dicyclohexyl methane, 2-4 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 2-8 parts of polyacrylic resin, 0-10 parts of p-tert-butylphenyl glycidyl ether, 0.8-1.5 parts of p-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate, 0.1-0.15 part of organic modified polysiloxane, 10-15 parts of silicon dioxide powder, 0.6-1.0 part of modified polyurethane, 1-3 parts of BYK-370 and 1-10 parts of mill base; the component B is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of acrylic resin, 5-15 parts of hydroxyl-containing organic silicon resin and 0.6-1.0 part of cobalt naphthenate; the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 4 to (1-1.5). The prepared polyurethane terrace prepared by the invention has good weather resistance, prominent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and stable anti-sliding and mechanical performances, and is suitable for being used outdoors.
