Terrace
The invention relates to a terrace. The terrace comprises a base layer, a middle layer and a surface layer, the base layer is connected with the ground, the thickness is 0.3 to 0.8 mm, the middle layer is a pressure bearing supporting layer, the thickness is 1 to 15 mm, the surface layer is a wear-resisting aging-resisting layer, the thickness is 1 to 3 mm, three layers all adopt epoxy resin to serve as matrix resin, an epoxy hardener with low viscosity and good toughness is selected, the middle layer and the surface layer adopt aluminum hydroxide powder with aging resistance and good heat stability as padding of the terrace, a toughening agent is added for improving the whole property of the terrace material, filled aluminum hydroxide can serve as a fire retardant, fuming is prevented, droppings and poisonous gas are not generated, the cost performance is high, the added toughening agent can improve the wear resistance and durability properties of the terrace, and the whole terrace has low cost, heat resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance.
本发明涉及一种地坪，包括基层、中层、面层，所述基层连接地面，厚度为0.3～0.8mm；中层为承压支撑层，厚度为1～15mm；面层为耐磨、抗老化层，厚度为1～3mm。本发明三层均采用环氧树脂作为基体树脂，选择低粘度、韧性好的环氧固化剂；中层和面层采用抗老化、热稳定性好的氢氧化铝粉末作为地坪的填料，添加增韧剂来提高地坪材料的整体性能，填加的氢氧化铝可以作为阻燃剂，而且可以防止发烟、不产生滴下物、不产生有毒气体，性价比较高，添加的增韧剂可以提高地坪的耐磨、耐久性能。使得整体地坪具有低成本、耐热、耐磨、抗老化。
