The invention discloses a structure adopting a water hydraulic drive device for underground wall sediment. The structure comprises a support, a main water pipe, a roller, a water hydraulic swinging cylinder and a wall structure, wherein the support is installed on the wall structure, the main water pipe is arranged in the cylinder core of the roller, the roller is hinged to the support and the water hydraulic swinging cylinder is installed on the support. According to the structure, a mud ring groove is formed in the bottom side of the underground wall structure through swinging of the roller and through high-pressure water sprayed by a nozzle, and therefore soil supporting the underground wall structure can be collapsed orderly, the underground wall structure can slowly sink under the effect of self weight, and engineering construction of an underground wall and a building envelope can be achieved. The structure has the advantages that the construction speed is high and the work efficiency is high.
