The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall adopting a pre-embedded steel structure connecting device and a construction method, the underground diaphragm wall structurally comprises a single prefabricated wall body and a cast-in-place concrete structure, and the prefabricated wall body comprises a top section prefabricated wall body unit, a middle section prefabricated wall body unit, a bottom section prefabricated wall body unit and the pre-embedded steel structure connecting device. Through cavities are formed in the prefabricated wall body units in the vertical direction, up-down through anti-seepage cavities are formed after assembly, reinforcement cages are placed in the anti-seepage cavities, concrete is poured into the anti-seepage cavities to form columnar cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures, and the single prefabricated assembled wall body forms a solid structure and is finally connected into a whole. The problems that a prefabricated underground diaphragm wall is large in dead weight and difficult to construct are solved, and the assembling construction efficiency and quality of the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall are improved; the defects of insufficient rigidity and weak bending resistance of horizontal connecting parts between prefabricated underground diaphragm wall units are overcome, and the problems of weak performance and easy leakage of vertical connecting parts between traditional underground diaphragm walls are solved.
