The whole structure of the device is composed of a hydraulic expanding handpiece and a metal thin-walled anchor pipe. The method is different from an ordinary anchoring method, the hydraulic expanding handpiece is used for expanding the anchor pipe by segments, multiple protruding points are formed in the metal thin-walled anchor pipe in a jacking mode, connection between soil bodies is enhanced through the action of physical clamping and mortising to achieve the anchoring effect, the method can be applied to temporary or semi-permanent anchoring engineering, and the construction efficiency is improved greatly. The device is used for temporary or semi-permanent slope excavating and supporting engineering. The structure is high in automation degree, operation is easy and convenient, and the construction efficiency is high.
