The invention discloses an anti-theft well cover. Well wall fixing blocks (2) are arranged on the two sides of a well cover body (1); an opening handle (5), a rotating lock cylinder (3) and a coded lock disk (4) are arranged on the well cover body (1); a protective cover (9) is arranged on the portion, above the rotating lock cylinder (3) and the coded lock disk (4), of the well cover body (1); a key lock cylinder (6) is connected to the interior of a center hole of the rotating lock cylinder (3); the key lock cylinder (6) is movably connected with the rotating lock cylinder (3) through a spring bolt on the key lock cylinder (6) and a key lock locking hole in the inner wall of the center hole of the rotating lock cylinder (3); the coded lock disk (4) is movably connected with the rotating lock cylinder (3) through a spring bolt push pin on the coded lock disk (4) and a coded lock locking hole in the outer wall of the rotating lock cylinder (3); and a lock attaching liner plate (8) is connected to the lower end of the key lock cylinder (6). The anti-theft well cover is high in anti-theft performance, simple in structure and opening manner, convenient to install and capable of reducing enterprise cost.
