The invention discloses a partially prefabricated prestressed coal retaining wall for circular coal yards and a method for constructing the partially prefabricated prestressed coal retaining wall. The partially prefabricated prestressed coal retaining wall for the circular coal yards comprises a foundation or bearing platform, a coal retaining wall body, a top ring beam, at least ten rib columns and at least two intermediate ring beams. Latticed structures are formed by the rib columns and the intermediate ring beams and are used for supporting the coal retaining wall body; annular unbonded prestressed tendons are arranged on the intermediate ring beams and the top ring beam, and the coal retaining wall body is made of prefabricated prestressed hollow coal retaining wallboards. The partially prefabricated prestressed coal retaining wall for the circular coal yards and the method for constructing the partially prefabricated prestressed coal retaining wall have the advantages that the partially prefabricated prestressed coal retaining wall comprises the multiple prestressed intermediate ring beams, the prestressed intermediate ring beams are used for supporting the prefabricated prestressed hollow coal retaining wallboards and also can effectively resist horizontal thrust force of stacked coal, the prestressed ring beams have small sections as compared with common reinforced concrete ring beams and are clear in force transfer, accordingly, effects of the prestressed tendons can be sufficiently realized, and consumption of reinforcing steel bars and concrete can be reduced; the prestressed hollow coal retaining wallboards are assembled, constructed and prefabricated, accordingly, field artificial workload can be reduced, the construction progress can be accelerated, and the construction periods can be obviously shortened.
