The invention discloses a device with fixing and tightening functions. The device comprises a pulling rope, a pulling rope plate, a fixing rope and a triangular ring with pipes. The fixing rope and the triangular ring with the pipes are connected with each other and are arranged on the top of a tent; the pulling rope penetrates the triangular ring with the pipes and the pulling rope plate, and the pulling rope plate is arranged on a support rod of the tent. The pulling rope and the pulling rope plate can be detached. Assemblies with the pulling rope, the pulling rope plate, the triangular ring with the pipes and the fixing rope have the fixing and tightening functions. The device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in assembly, high tensile resistance and good detachability and maintainability.
