The invention discloses a multi-point lock handle with a concealable handle seat. More than two limiting steel balls are arranged and distributed on the side face of a steel ball spring seat; the limiting steel balls are arranged on the steel ball spring seat through springs and comprise projecting portions; elastic force of the springs enables the projecting portions of the limiting steel balls to protrude out of the side face of the steel ball spring seat; one end of the steel ball spring seat is fixedly connected with a hand shank; the other end of the steel ball spring seat is fixedly connected with a square shaft and is covered with a base cover; and sunk portions which are matched with the projecting portions are arranged in the inner side face of the base cover. When the hand shank rotates, the sunk portions and more than two limiting steel balls enable the hand shank to have more than two positioning points; when the hand shank rotates, the steel ball spring seat and the square shaft are in linkage with the hand shank; at the other end of the steel ball spring seat, a handle clamping sheet is arranged on the outer side of the base cover; and corresponding installation holes are formed in the handle clamping sheet, the base cover and the steel ball spring seat.
