The invention relates to the field of bathrooms, in particular to a sound-absorbing and ventilating door for a concert hall. The sound-absorbing and ventilating door comprises a door frame and a door plate, wherein the door plate is hinged to the edges of the door frame; a sound-absorbing layer, a vacuum layer and a ventilating layer are sequentially arranged on the door plate from inside to outside; inward concave grooves are uniformly formed in the sound-absorbing layer; sound-absorbing sponges are arranged at the bottoms of the grooves; an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe and a fan are vertically arranged in the ventilating layer; the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe are arranged side by side. Through adoption of the sound-absorbing structure and the ventilating structure, the audiovisual effect of the concert hall and the comfort of people can be guaranteed.
