Method and device for preparing aluminum nitride powder through atomization
The invention provides a method and device for preparing aluminum nitride powder through atomization. The production device is sealed completely and full of nitrogen. Molten aluminum is sprayed to be atomized by utilization of pressurized nitrogen gas through an atomizer at the top, nitrogen is blown from the bottom, thus aluminum powder falling down from the top suspends in a reactor, the nitrogen gas and molten atomized aluminum suspend in the sealed reactor, the micro aluminum powder is subjected to a nitridation reaction rapidly, fogdrop-shaped liquid state aluminum is subjected to a nitridation reaction, gradual condensation contraction is performed and micro spherical aluminum nitride is formed. Solidified aluminum nitride powder deposits at the bottom of the container finally with decrease of the temperature in the container, and is sent to a product box through a discharging device. Nitrogen is recycled after dedusting and purifying. Because the technology employs a sealed device and nitrogen and there are no oxidation explosion conditions in the aluminum powder nitridation process, the technology is very safe. Because the product is micro-spherical and has high activity, and the application values are high.
