The invention provides a rapid damaged road surface repairing material and a preparation and construction method thereof. The repairing material is prepared from cementing materials, aggregate materials and metal fibers with the mass ratio being 1-2:6-8:1-2. The preparation method includes the following steps that 1, the cementing materials are prepared; 2, the aggregate materials and metal fibers are mixed and stirred in a stirrer according to the weight ratio, then the cementing materials at the temperature of 60-120 DEG C are injected, and even stirring is conducted. The construction method includes the following steps that 1, the damaged road surface is cleaned; 2, the foundation of a foundation pit is cleaned, filled and compressed according to the requirements of an original roadbed; 3, the foundation pit volume in need of filling is calculated, and the weight of the required repairing material is obtained; 4, dross and water remaining on the surface of the foundation pit are removed; 5, the prepared repairing material is injected into the foundation pit, and leveling compaction is conducted in a vibration mode; 6, the repairing road surface is heated, and the repairing material is made to be rapidly cured. The rapid damaged road surface repairing material is free of use of cement, simple in composition, high in strength, simple and convenient in preparation process and convenient to construct, and a rapid repairing effect is achieved.
