The invention provides a manufacturing method of a floor tile. The manufacturing method includes the following steps that 20-60 parts of clay, 20-29 parts of hydracrylic acid, 3-8 parts of polyacrylic resin, 6-9 parts of kaolin, 8-17 parts of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid-triethanolamine salt, 30-35 parts of coal ash, 5-9 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 3-9 parts of dipropylene glycol mono butyl ether-dipropylene glycol monoalkyl ether, 4-9 parts of potassium bromide, 20-31 parts of fish shells and 2-6 parts of bismuth are taken and placed in a smashing machine to be smashed to achieve the granularity of 100-200 mm; 3-8 parts of trihydrolxy triethylamine with the baume degree of 23-78 and 40-80 parts of water are added and evenly mixed; the mixture obtained through the steps is pressurized and heated for reactions for 3-9 hours at the pressure of 12-17 Mpa and the temperature of 600-866 DEG C; when the mixture is cooled to 300 DEG C, 7-9 parts of polyoxyethylene, 6-9 parts of sorbitol single laurate, 5-9 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine and 6-14 parts of acrylamide are added and subjected to heat and pressure preservation for 2-6 hours; the mixture is placed in a mold to be pressed into the tile. According to the method, manufacturing is easy, and the quality of the floor tile is improved. Contributions are made to urban construction.
