A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a plastic floor tile, and particularly relates to a process for laminating and forming a floor tile made of a non-polar plastic material. The plastic floor tile comprises a transparent film, a printing film and a substrate, wherein the roughness and polarity treatment of a transparent film and a printing film in a non-polar plastic material is integrated into a manufacturing process, and the manufacturing process comprises the steps of roughness improvement, polarity adjustment, preheating, roll-in fitting and the like. By means of the steps, attachment of the non-polar plastic material can be guaranteed, and the demand of the environment-friendly plastic floor tile can be met.
本发明是揭露一种塑料地砖制造方法，尤其是针对非极性塑料材料的地砖进行贴合成形的工艺。该塑料地砖包含一透明膜、一印刷膜及一底材所构成；其中，针对非极性塑料材料中透明膜及印刷膜的粗糙度及极性处理，整合于制程中，其包括提升粗糙度及极性调整、预热及辊压贴合等步骤。借由上述步骤可以确保对非极性塑料材料的贴合，以及达成环保塑料地砖的诉求。
