The invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly paint. The method comprises the following steps: lemon oil, orange oil and titanium dioxide powder are well mixed by stirring under normal temperature; the ester gum-modified alkyd resin, Portland cement, water reducing agent, fly ash and seaweed mud are well mixed by stirring under normal temperature; the mixtures obtained in the above steps are added into a stirring tank according to a certain ratio; the solvent is added, and the mixture is slowly stirred white the temperature is increased gradually from 0 DEG C to 20 DEG C, such that the environment-friendly paint is obtained.
