Portland cement foamed wallboard and production process
The invention provides a portland cement foamed wallboard and a production process. According to the portland cement foamed wallboard, the length of the wallboard ranges from 2,000 mm to 3,000 mm, the width of the wallboard ranges from 500 mm to 800 mm, and the thickness of the wallboard ranges from 60 mm to 100 mm; the portland cement foamed wallboard comprises raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 10-15 parts of water, 35-50 parts of portland cement, 5-10 parts of alkali-resisting anti-crack fiber, 5-10 parts of an efficient accelerator, 20-25 parts of fly ash, 5-8 parts of foaming foam, 5-8 parts of a salt-tolerant tackifier hcmc and 8-15 parts of a water reducer. According to the portland cement foamed wallboard, the production process is scientific and reasonable, the efficiency is high, the cost is low and is reduced by 50% while compared with that of a sulphate aluminum cement foamed lightweight partition board and that of foamed magnesium oxychloride cement, and the production efficiency is improved by two times.
