Foamed ceramic composite wallboard
The invention provides a foamed ceramic composite wallboard, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The foamed ceramic composite wallboard comprises an intermediate layer and foamedceramic boards arranged on two opposite sides of the intermediate layer, and a foamed ceramic particle concrete layer is arranged between at least one of the foamed ceramic boards on both sides and the intermediate layer. The foamed ceramic particle concrete layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-500 parts of cement, 270-330 parts of ceramic particles screenedthrough a +8 mesh sieve, 420-480 parts of ceramic particles screened through a (-8)-(+16) mesh sieve, 360-420 parts of ceramic particles screened through a -16 mesh sieve and additives; and the ceramic particles are made of foamed ceramic waste. The foamed ceramic composite wallboard is simple in structure and light in weight, and is beneficial to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
