Composite wood substitute material and preparation method thereof
A composite wood substitute material is prepared from, by weight, 30-60 parts of wastepaper, 40-70 parts of magnesium oxychloride cement and 1.8-3.3 parts of magnesium oxychloride cement modifiers, and is mainly prepared through the steps of firstly, preparing 30-60 parts of wastepaper, 40-70 parts of magnesium oxychloride cement and 1.8-3.3 parts of magnesium oxychloride cement modifier; secondly, dissolving magnesium chloride through water, adding magnesium chloride to wastepaper, striking the mixture into a pulp shape, adding magnesium oxide and magnesium oxychloride cement modifier, and stirring the mixture into a sludge shape; thirdly, adding the mixture to a mold to be solidified, formed, demoulded and cured. The hard and brittle characteristics of magnesium oxychloride cement are completely changed, the application range of the composite wood substitute material is widened, and the composite wood substitute material has the advantages of being low in carbon emission, environmentally friendly, capable of being sawn, planed, nailed, drilled and engraved, capable of being pasted and preventing water and fire, low in price, and the like.
