The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and relates to an active activator, a cement substitute material and a preparation method thereof. The cement substitute material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-18 parts of sodium silicate powder; 20-70 parts of sunflower ash; 5-20 parts of calcium oxide; and 3-14 parts of plant ash. Sodium silicate powder, sunflower ash, calcium oxide and plant ash which are low in price and easy to obtain are adopted as quaternary system active excitants, the cost of the alkali-activated cementing material is greatly reduced, and the prepared cement substitute material is good in fluidity, high in compactness, good in impermeability, adjustable and controllable in setting time, high in strength, long in hydration duration and capable of continuously increasing the later strength; and no cracking phenomenon exists.
本发明属于建筑材料领域,涉及一种活性激发剂,水泥替代材料及其制备方法。以重量份计,所述水泥替代材料的制备原料包括:硅酸钠粉6‑18份;向日葵灰20‑70份;氧化钙5‑20份;草木灰3‑14份。采用廉价、容易获取的硅酸钠粉、向日葵灰、氧化钙和草木灰作为四元体系活性激发剂,极大地降低了碱激发胶凝材料的成本,制备的水泥替代材料流动度好,密实度高,抗渗性好,凝结时间可调可控,强度高,水化持续时间长,后期强度持续增长,无开裂现象。
