Temperature stabilizing type ultralow dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic Li3NaTiO4 and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a low-loss temperature stabilizing type ultralow dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic Li3NaTiO4 and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighting and dosing the chemical raw materials: Li2CO3, Na2CO3 and TiO2, according to the stoichiometric formula Li3NaTiO4; (2) performing wet ball-milling mixing on the raw materials for 12 hours, taking the distilled water as a ball-milling medium, drying and then pre-sintering for 6 hours under the atmosphere at 850 DEG C; (3) adding a binder into the prepared powder and pelleting, and then pressing and forming, and lastly, sintering for 4 hours under the atmosphere at 900-950 DEG C, wherein the poval solution with the mass concentration at 5% is adopted as the binder and the adding amount of the poval is 3% of the total mass of the powder. The ceramic prepared according to the preparation method provided by the invention is excellent in sintering at the temperature below 960 DEG C, has a dielectric constant within the scope of 18.6-19.7 and a quality factor Qf value as high as 52900-68400GHz, is small in temperature coefficient of resonance frequency and has an ultrahigh application value in industry.
