Manufacturing method of graphite electrode
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a graphite electrode. The manufacturing method comprises steps as follows: (1), components including 30-50 parts of petroleum coke, 20-50 parts of needle coke and 5-10 parts of a binding agent in parts by weight are weighed respectively; (2), the petroleum coke and the needle coke weighed in the step (1) are added to a stirring machine to be stirred and mixed; (3), the binding agent is added to the stirring machine to be continuously stirred, and a mixture is obtained after mixing; (4), the mixture obtained in the step (3) is sequentially subjected to calcination, mixing kneading, compression and calcination, and then the graphite electrode is obtained. According to the manufacturing method of the graphite electrode, the manufacturing cycle is shorter, manufacturing procedures are easy to carry out, and accordingly, the manufacturing cost is reduced.
