Calcium magnesium carbon composite material and preparation method
The present invention discloses a calcium magnesium carbon composite material and a preparation method, the preparation method comprises the following steps: A. mixing and stirring 1-7wt% of high-temperature material graphite powder, 55-90wt% of magnesia, 5-40wt% of anhydrous active limestone fine powder and 2-5wt% of a binding agent, and moulding by pressing to obtain a green body; and B. baking the green blank for 2 to 24 hours to obtain the calcium magnesium carbon composite material. The calcium magnesium carbon composite material prepared by the method has high melting point, strong oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance, and metallurgical slag and metallic melt infiltration and erosion resistance, compared with conventional materials, the calcium magnesium carbon composite material has less heat loss, facilitates energy consumption reduction, has the molten steel purification function, and is suitable for metallurgical furnaces and container linings.
