Synthesis method of carbon-containing refractory material binding agent
The invention discloses a synthesis method of a carbon-containing refractory material binding agent. According to the method, asphalt is used as a raw material; the asphalt is subjected to hot filtering to obtain purified asphalt; pressure reduction polycondensation is directly performed, or the purified asphalt and phenolic aldehyde are subjected to condensation reaction; then, pressure reduction polycondensation is further performed; the carbon-containing refractory material binding agent with the softening point being higher than 235 DEG C, the coking value being higher than 75 percent, the QI being lower than 20 percent and the benzo[a]pyrene content being lower than 300pppm can be prepared, wherein the phenol aldehyde compounds are synthesized into a phenolic aldehyde-asphalt condensation product on an asphalt matrix; the oxidation resistance, the structure toughness and the high-temperature performance of the refractory material can be further improved; the cost is low; the pollution to the environment is low.
